Terms & Conditions

The rules for using the Coastal Roofing of Georgia website, and how our website information relates to actual roofing work.

Effective date: August 15, 2026

Effective date: August 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions cover your use of the Coastal Roofing of Georgia website at www.coastalroofga.com. We have kept them as plain as we can. Here is the short version: everything published on this site is here to help you understand roofing and plan a project. The cost figures you see are educational, not quotes. When you actually hire us, a signed proposal sets the real terms for your roof, and that document is the one that counts.

Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting this website, reading our pages, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. Throughout this page, Coastal Roofing of Georgia is referred to as "CRG," "we," "us," or "our," and the person using the site is "you."

If you are using this site on behalf of a company, a property management group, a church, or a building owner, you are confirming that you have the authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

About Our Services

CRG is a commercial and residential roofing contractor headquartered in Richmond Hill, Georgia. Our work includes:

  • Roof installation and full roof replacement
  • Roof repair, including leak repair and storm damage repair
  • Roof coatings and restoration systems
  • Preventive maintenance and scheduled service
  • Roof inspections and written condition reports
  • Storm damage documentation and insurance-related roofing work

We serve coastal Georgia and the South Carolina Lowcountry, including Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Hinesville, Statesboro, Brunswick, and the surrounding communities. Whether we can take on a specific property depends on the project, the schedule, and the distance. If you are not sure we cover your address, contact us and ask.

Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing Information

This is the section most visitors need, so please read it carefully.

Parts of this website publish cost information. That includes per-square-foot ranges by roof system and example project costs for buildings of a given size. Those figures are general educational estimates. They exist so owners and facility managers can build a budget and compare options before anyone sets a ladder against the building.

  • Published cost figures are not a quote, not an offer, and not a guarantee of price for your property.
  • They cannot account for deck condition, existing roof layers, penetrations, drainage, insulation, code and permit requirements, access limits, or scheduling constraints.
  • Actual pricing requires an on-site inspection and a written proposal from CRG.
  • A written proposal is valid only for the period stated on that proposal. Material and labor costs move, sometimes quickly, and an expired proposal may need to be re-priced before work is scheduled.

Two roofs of the same size can price very differently once we get on top of them. Nothing published on this website obligates CRG to perform work at a figure shown here, and nothing here obligates you to buy anything. If you want a real number for a real building, ask us for an inspection.

Scheduling and Site Access

When you ask us to inspect a roof or perform work, you are granting CRG and our crews permission to enter the property and access the roof, along with the trucks, ladders, lifts, and equipment the job requires. If you are not the owner, you confirm that the owner has authorized you to grant that access.

Before we arrive, you are responsible for:

  • Telling us about known hazards, such as weak or rotted decking, skylights, live rooftop equipment, gas lines, security systems, or dogs on the property
  • Moving vehicles, trailers, grills, and equipment out of the work area and away from the edge of the roof
  • Securing or relocating valuables, fragile landscaping, and anything stored in an attic or directly under the work area
  • Letting us know about gate codes, restricted work hours, tenants, or business operations we need to plan around

Roofing is loud, dusty work, and the vibration from a tear-off can shake items off interior walls and shelves. Handling these items ahead of time protects your property and keeps the crew safe and on schedule.

A Separate Written Agreement Governs Actual Work

Nothing on this website creates a contract for roofing work. No page, price range, project photo, blog post, form submission, or chat conversation obligates CRG to perform a project, and none of it obligates you to hire us.

Every CRG project is governed by the signed proposal or contract for that specific project, together with any change orders and the warranty documents issued with it. That paperwork is where scope, materials, price, payment terms, schedule, and warranty coverage are actually defined for your roof.

If anything on this website conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract controls.

Warranties

A roofing project usually involves two different kinds of warranty, and they are not the same thing.

  • Manufacturer material warranties are issued by the company that makes the roofing product. They cover the material under that manufacturer's own terms, registration requirements, and exclusions. CRG does not write those terms and cannot change them.
  • The CRG workmanship warranty covers our installation labor. Its terms are set out in the contract and warranty documents for your project.

Coverage, length, transferability, exclusions, and any maintenance you have to keep up in order to stay covered are all defined in the written documents you receive for your project. Nothing on this website extends, modifies, shortens, or replaces any warranty, and no statement here should be read as a promise of coverage on your roof. If you have a warranty question about work we performed, call us and we will pull your file.

Insurance and Storm Damage Claims

CRG works with property owners after wind, hail, and hurricane damage. We can inspect the roof, document conditions with photos and measurements, prepare a repair or replacement scope, and meet your adjuster on site so everyone is looking at the same roof.

Here is what we are not:

  • We are not an insurance company and we do not issue policies.
  • We do not adjust claims and we do not act as a public adjuster.
  • We do not provide legal advice about your policy, your claim, or your rights under it.
  • We cannot guarantee that a carrier will approve a claim, accept a scope, or pay any particular amount.

Coverage decisions belong to your insurance carrier. Your policy language, your deductible, and the carrier's own findings determine what gets paid. You remain responsible for amounts your policy does not cover, including your deductible, as set out in your contract with us.

Website Content and Accuracy

The service pages, guides, FAQs, blog articles, and 3D roofing system models on this site are general information about roofing. Building codes, permit requirements, product specifications, manufacturer instructions, and coastal wind requirements all change over time, and what applies in one county may not apply in the next one over.

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete, current, or free of errors. None of it is professional advice about your specific property. A roof gets judged in person, from the deck up, not from a web page.

Intellectual Property

The content on this site is owned by CRG or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. That includes the written text, page layouts, photography of our crews and completed projects, illustrations and diagrams, the interactive 3D roofing system models, the Coastal Roofing of Georgia name, and our logo.

You may view, print, or share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as printing a cost guide before a budget meeting or sending a page to a business partner. You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, or feed our content into another product, dataset, or service, and you may not use our name or logo, without written permission from CRG.

Acceptable Use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system or account
  • Interfere with how the site operates, including denial-of-service attempts, injecting malicious code, or probing for vulnerabilities
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through any form on the site
  • Use bots, crawlers, or other automated tools to harvest our content, images, or contact information
  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms or contact channels

We may limit or block access to the site if we believe it is being misused.

Submissions Through the Site

When you fill out a contact form or a quote request, you are asking us to get in touch with you. Please give us accurate information, including a working phone number and the correct property address, because we schedule inspections and route crews based on what you send.

Submitting a form does not create a contract for work, does not guarantee a specific response time, and does not commit us to taking the project. We use what you send to respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and follow up about your roof. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information, such as account numbers, through a web form.

Third-Party Links and Services

This website links to outside resources and uses third-party tools, including analytics, mapping, review platforms, and a chat widget. Those services are operated by other companies under their own terms and privacy practices. We include them because they are useful, not because we control them.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, or data practices of any third-party website or service, and a link from our site is not an endorsement. When you leave our site, the other company's terms apply to you, not ours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, CRG disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the site and the servers that deliver it are free of harmful components. This section applies to the website. It does not affect the warranty terms in a signed CRG contract for actual roofing work, which are governed by that contract.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRG and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on anything published on it. That includes lost profits, lost business opportunity, and property damage, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for roofing work we actually perform is governed by the signed contract for that project, not by this page.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRG and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable attorney fees that arise out of your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of someone else's rights. This does not apply to claims caused by CRG's own conduct.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to this website or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Bryan County or Chatham County, Georgia. You agree to that venue and to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, start by telling us. Email Allen@coastalroofga.com or call (912) 312-0507 and describe the issue, the property involved, and what you would like done about it. Most disagreements get resolved with a phone call and a return visit to the roof.

Both sides agree to spend at least thirty days trying to resolve a dispute informally and in good faith before starting any formal proceeding. That period begins when the other side receives written notice describing the dispute. If the matter still is not resolved after that, either side may pursue its rights in the courts described above.

Severability

If a court decides that any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, that part will be narrowed or removed only to the smallest extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms will remain in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we are not giving up our right to enforce it later.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, our website, or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page. Changes apply going forward from the date they are posted, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. It is worth checking this page from time to time. An update here never modifies a contract you have already signed with us.
